• Martial Arts

  These services may be delivered online, offline, through live sessions, or via recorded content.

3. Eligibility

1. You must be at least 16 years old to access our services.

2. If you are under 18, parental or guardian consent is required.

3. By using our services, you confirm that all information you provide (such as name, email, and payment details) is true and accurate.

4. Payments and Refunds

1. Payments for courses or services must be made in advance through approved payment methods (UPI, Paytm, Google Pay, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, etc.).

2. Refunds, if applicable, will be subject to the refund and cancellation policy specified at the time of purchase. Unless explicitly mentioned, payments are non-refundable.

3. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Such changes will not affect purchases already completed.

5. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree that you will not:

7. Disclaimers

1. Our courses and training programs are educational in nature. We make no guarantees of financial profits, trading success, or specific personal development outcomes.

2. Martial arts training involves physical activity. You are responsible for ensuring you are medically fit before participating. We are not liable for injuries sustained during training.

3. While we strive to provide accurate information, we do not warrant that all content is free from errors or omissions.

8. Limitation of Liability

1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Growth Mindset and Dune Intelligence Division shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to financial losses, health issues, or reputational harm.

2. Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user for the service in question.
